Navigating Your Patient Portal


Your Secure Patient Portal

Your patient portal is your central hub for managing your treatment. It is designed to be more secure and provide more insight than traditional email or SMS communications.

There are no membership fees required to access or use the portal.


Updating Billing & Profile Information

Inside the portal, you can:

  • Update your billing details
  • Edit your shipping address
  • Review order & payment information
  • Update your contact information
  • Contact your Doctor Chat or Customer Support

Keeping this information current helps prevent shipping delays.


To access & edit your billing details, log in to your portal and click on the "Billing" tab on the left-hand side of your screen. You will see your current therapies and have options to edit your payment methods, and view recent invoices as well.


Accessing the Doctor Chat


You can access the Doctor Chat feature by logging into your patient portal using the email and password you used to purchase your subscription, then clicking on the "Messages" tab and selecting the option for "Talk to a Doctor" when it appears in the bottom-left side of your screen.

The Doctor Chat feature allows you to:

  • Ask prescription-related questions.
  • Request clarification about your treatment
  • Communicate securely with your provider

For prescription-specific concerns, the Doctor Chat inside the portal is the most secure and direct method.

If you do not see an option in your portal that you believe should be available, please call our support phone in the top-right corner of the portal for guidance. Our team can help direct you to the appropriate feature.

  • Keeps all treatment communication centralized
  • Provides direct access to your care team
  • Maintains secure documentation

For privacy and efficiency, we recommend using the portal whenever possible.
