Recurring Billing Process

A recurring billing program is designed to provide consistency, which is one of the most important factors for successful weight management. GLP-1 medications are most effective when taken on a structured schedule, and a subscription helps ensure there are no gaps in treatment that could slow or impact your progress.

It also simplifies the ordering process and typically provides better overall pricing compared to one-time purchases.

You remain in full control of your subscription and may cancel at any time. Please note that any cancellations are subject to our cancellation and refund policy, particularly for orders that have already been processed.

Doctor Consultation

Immediately following your payment, you will receive a medical intake form. The medical intake form is an important part of your treatment process. It allows our licensed medical providers to review your health history, current medications, and treatment goals to determine if

GLP-1 therapy is appropriate and safe for you.

This step ensures your care is personalized and that any potential risks, contraindications, or necessary adjustments are identified before medication is prescribed.

Previous GLP-1 Users

If you are currently taking GLP-1 medication and you want to remain on a specific dose, the doctor will need to see your previous prescription. If you do not have a prescription, the doctor will follow the FDA or Manufacturer's guidance for the medication type you have selected.

The medical form must be completed, and you must have a consultation in order to be approved, or the doctor cannot prescribe the medication.

Prescription Stage

When the doctor evaluates your submission, they may elect to speak with you directly or through the secure portal. If the doctor determines that you meet the eligibility requirements, they will provide a prescription.  The prescription will be forwarded to the pharmacy for immediate fulfillment.

Fulfillment

The pharmacy assigned to fulfill orders for your state will receive the order and begin  

Medication Shipment

Once your medical form is complete, the doctors evaluate, prescribe if approved, and we notify you via text & email about your new prescription.

12-hour window for prescription review

We send you notifications via text(SMS) & Email letting you know that your prescription has been provided, along with a link to your patient portal to ask your doctor any questions related to your prescription. If, after 12 hours, we have not heard back from you regarding your prescription, your medication will go out for shipment. This ensures you get faster delivery times & helps you stay on track.

Final Charge and Prescription

Your card will be charged on the anniversary day. Following successful payment and consultation, we will dispatch your monthly prescription.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription before the anniversary day of each billing cycle. If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel after the final payment of your 3-month commitment is made. To cancel, simply log in to your dashboard and select the "Cancel" option.

Refund Policy
