Fullfillment/Shipping

Shipping & Delivery

For dispensing and delivery, we coordinate with licensed pharmacies and distribution partners to facilitate the timely fulfillment of patient-specific prescriptions. Dispensing and shipment are performed by licensed pharmacies and authorized shipping partners, in accordance with applicable law. We monitor order progression and customer communications to help address delivery issues promptly.

Products are expected to be shipped within the pharmacy’s standard processing window, subject to prescription review, provider approval, inventory, weather, carrier conditions, and other operational factors. We encourage patients to contact support promptly if a delivery issue arises.”

What's Included?

*All of our medication is shipped in 3-month batches(3 vials at a time) to ensure safety and consistency, even on a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month plan. Shipping your medication this way ensures safety, consistency, and fast delivery times.

Tracking

At the pharmacy's discretion. Orders ship overnight or two-day express, using either Federal Express (FedEx) or United Parcel Services (UPS). When the order is packaged and after it goes through a QA check, it will receive a tracking number. That does not always mean it is in transit; it only means the label was printed and applied to the package. Some packages will not ship immediately if we know they may be delayed due to a weather hold or other shipping alert provided by the carrier.

As with all medication, you should plan for the receipt of the delivery and let us know in advance if you do not have a secure area to receive packages.

The pharmacy selects the most secure packing method for all shipments to ensure your medication is protected from the elements and from accidental damage during transit.

If your package appears to have been opened before you received it, please take clear photos immediately and notify our support team. In some cases, packages may be opened during a carrier or postal inspection, and if the vials and seals appear intact, there is typically nothing to worry about.

However, if any vial appears uncapped, damaged, leaking, or tampered with, do not use the medication. Please contact support immediately so we can review the situation and advise you on the next steps.

Medication Handling

GLP-1 medication dispensed from partner pharmacies has been tested for exposure to heat and cold. The formulations are reported by the pharmacies to remain stable at room temperature for up to 21 days, as long as vials are kept away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. The packaging we use is designed to provide strong protection during shipping. While the ice pack is an added layer of protection, it is not required for the medication to remain safe and effective.

If your package was delayed for less than 10 days, it is still well within the safe temperature window, and the medication remains effective. Once your package arrives, the pharmacy recommends placing the vials in the refrigerator immediately to preserve freshness and maximize shelf life.

Weather

Sometimes packages may be delayed or rerouted due to severe weather conditions. While we work closely with the carrier to monitor delivery status, weather-related delays are outside of everyone's control.

If a shipment is delayed for 10 days or longer, we will review the carrier tracking updates and, once the carrier confirms the package cannot be delivered safely or is considered lost in transit, we will request a replacement order from the pharmacy.

Shipping Address

For security purposes, the first order must generally ship to the address on file. In certain cases, alternative verification methods may be used to approve an address change.

Temporary shipping address changes may be accommodated when possible; however, we are not responsible for delivery delays, carrier errors, or failed deliveries associated with alternative locations. If a carrier error occurs, we will work directly with the pharmacy to request immediate correction. Please note that the pharmacy is unable to reship an order while the package is actively in transit and still under carrier control.

Damaged, Missing, Wrong Materials

If you receive a package that is missing vials, shows signs of shipping damage, is missing syringes or supplies, or contains the wrong medication, please contact support immediately and provide photo evidence where applicable so we can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
